The controller of the data collected on this website is Inter-Renov S.à r.l., 2, Rue de l’Eglise, L-5435 Oberdonven. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@inter-renov.com.
Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), project location and type, approximate area and message.
As with any website, our host also processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and working properly.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and preparing a quote — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data is never used for advertising, nor sold or passed on to third parties.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended solely for Inter-Renov. It passes through our technical providers, acting as processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and website security) and Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc.) (delivery of contact-form e-mails).
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and for a maximum of three years after our last exchange if no business relationship follows. Customer data is kept for the periods required by our legal obligations, in particular accounting rules.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tools. Your browser’s local storage may only be used to remember your language preference.
To protect the contact form against automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical data from your browser without advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@inter-renov.com.
